Rice and Lentils

Attempt #1

1c. Brown Rice
1/2c. Lentils
3c. Water
1 can (284mL) Cream of Mushroom Soup

Pour soup into a medium pot. Stir in dry rice and lentils. Add water, cover, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 40 minutes. Remove from heat and let sit covered for 10 minutes. Fluff and serve.


** not covered perfectly. Big-medium pot was too big.
** added slightly more than 3c. It was WAY too much water. Next time try with 2.5c. Too mushy.
